Giving art lovers a small break, Ernst Museum is currently preparing the next fascinating exhibition. This time the star of the show is Kelemen Károly, a Hungarian artist. The exhibition is to open in May.
In Kelemen Károly’s paintings the artistic tradition in not part of a closed past, it is constant, current topic, which makes the astist to constantly rethink them the aspect of all-time present. In the images we can saa a world which puts the fitire into the past and vice versa. Hereby he creates a kind of al-time present mirage by which the viewer is enchanted. It is the world of history which comes after the ‘end of history’ and the world of arts after the ‘end of art’. It is the world of third millennium.
